beef with tomatoes peas and carrots over brown rice

Last night I tried a red curry and substituted cauliflour for the coconut milk. I cooked the cauliflower in a bit of water, then creamed it with my stick blender. No one could tell the substitution because the red curry is such a strong flavor.

Last night we had steamed fish with Jasmine rice. I am not sure what I am going to cook tonight, but I am going to cook every night instead of being lazy and using McDonalds as a way out of cooking!!

i bought a spinach and herb wrap from wal mart so i am making a chicken club with lots of veggie tonite.

I'm the same! I have so many recipes i want to try, so I make something new every night. Sometimes they're great, sometimes not so great, but I love to cook, so it's all good!

Way to go!!!!! I am a recipe junkie too! I keep trying new things and throwing in some extras to personalize it. What a LOT of fun!!!! For the first time in my life, though, I REALLY wish I had a bigger kitchen! LOL!
