I must admit it. Even though I thought I was a healthy cook, I learned a few tricks over the past four weeks. I loved the ideas brought forth here in these forums.
My long-term goal will be to make ahead as much as I can each week so that when I'm tempted, I can just grab something that's already been prepared for me. And, I'm saving for a nice food processor!
I love trying new recipes, and always have. May years ago I began to limit salt, sugar, white flours, and heavy oils and butter. So my life-style now is to continue doing what I've been doing, and add a bit more variety each week (and let the family vote on the results!) to our meals.
