I have learned to choose healthy items to cook. I am packing my lunch for work and not eating out with the girls in the office. Trying to make shopping list so I don't stray away from the healthy foods my body needs. Also to cook at home at least 4 nights a week and to eat breakfast.

I learned that I mainly eat pretty healthy and I like making grocery lists and planning my menus. I also found out from the last few days that eating out should be for a birthday or a special occasion at least for me because everything has SO MUCH salt in it. Doing this challenge was fun and I am glad to see I am doing things right. Loved the advice on the spices.
