Perhaps another goal to implement is to review goals now and then to make sure they are aligned with life at the moment. It makes no sense for me to make a goal that won't work in six months. Better to remember that I change and need to review those goals now and then.

My long term goal for the longest has been to organize my kitchen. Well today I am making it a short term goal. After breakfast this morning, I am going to do it. Now that I have announced it, I have to do it. Wish me luck.
I forgot to add my long-term goal. It is simple, I am going to prepare healthy SparkPeople meals 3/4 times per week. The off days with be leftovers, which I love anyway. Lunches for work are leftovers or lean cuisine and fruit/nut are there for snacks or those anxious moments. Oh, and those little bags of baby carrots are lifesavers!!
