Assuming you dont have a sodium/ blood pressure problem:
A few of the VEERRY expensive, very tasty olives. With a glass of water to "wash" the extra salt out.

Olives are a healthy fat which is good for your boly and cholesterol levels but high in salt which is bad for your blood pressure. What is a person supposed to eat??????? emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

I have been using some salt substitutes at home also but have not found one that really gives you the same flavor as when you use salt so many times I dont add anything. When I eat out I dont add any salt at all anymore.

I am also a green olive fan but they are terrible for sodium content and I can sure tell if I do eat some.

using lite salt at home with fresh food (daily quantity measured 1-2 tsp) can make a BIG difference - no additional salt when eating out
