I am using skimmed milk in my baking and using the half and half sugar the we have in England half sugar half sweetner. It is just as good as using sugar but with half the calories and cakes still rise well.
I am not baking as much as anyway as it is too uch temptation but when family come round it means I can still have a dessert or cake and not ruin my healthy eating plan and no one knows.
