Yorkshire pudding!! Love it. My hubby's dad was from England and we have roast beef and yorkshire pudding for new years day every year. I use skim milk, real eggs and real suet, but drain off the fat and pat it with paper towels before serving. Horror tho to my hubby, I put sugar on mine ( did that as a kid, he uses butter or au jus ). Also have used half splenda and half sugar in baking, also half white flour and half white whole wheat flour. Happy baking, Pam
