I adapted my Crust-less chicken pay. Instead of using all purpose flour, I mixed half whole-wheat flour and half unbleached all purpose flour. I had to bake it 40 minutes instead of the regular 30 minutes.

apples & peanut butter instead of chocolate. For some reason that combo kinda tastes like Chocolate to me!

Yorkshire pudding!! Love it. My hubby's dad was from England and we have roast beef and yorkshire pudding for new years day every year. I use skim milk, real eggs and real suet, but drain off the fat and pat it with paper towels before serving. Horror tho to my hubby, I put sugar on mine ( did that as a kid, he uses butter or au jus ). Also have used half splenda and half sugar in baking, also half white flour and half white whole wheat flour. Happy baking, Pam

This week I bought in Whole wheat pasta and wholegrain bread along with brown rice.
So that I can now have healthier meals that are more filling as well.

Here in England we have half and half sugar. Half sugar and half sweetner and I have used that in making some fruit scones and no one knew the difference so that is a good substitution when no one even notices.

Skimmed milk in baking and even in Yorkshire pudding and it still works just as well.
SoI am really pleased with these little changes.
