Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup has lots of sodium, heavy cream, and regular milk, but I needed cream of mushroom soup for my recipe. I found a recipe in sparkpeople articles for making cream soup. I made modified it to be even healthier by eliminating the salt and using 2% milk.
