JOk my black bean burgers are home made an recipe is made up by me. I will give you genrial but sorry no correct exact cups ect. Its all by feel an how many you wont to make. I cook dried black beans with no seasonings or any thing in my crockpot then bag them for freezer cause i make mexican hummus ect. an the burgers with them ok here goes.... minced onions about 1/4 the amount of beans you wont to use. I use white self rise flour 1/2 flour of the amount of beans salt to tast i use my hands an mash the beans add minced onions an flour an your salt mix thourly with hands make pattys size you wont put on tray, plate set in freezer for a minute as you crush garlic , put olive oil in frying pan not alot just enough when you put your patty in it would cover up to half of it, put garlic in oil heat oil once oil is heated good let garlic turn brown then remove be careful if garlic burns its bitter an oil will be also once you infused extra flavor in the olive oil take pattys from freezer an fry them like a burger. There good on a bun with lettuce tomatioe an slice of onion or you could get adventursom iv addex a little salsa lettuce an onion on mine befor the sky is the limit enjoy

you can add different spices to the fish but make sure not to over cook in the microwave or it will be tough. i like to poach salmon and really just about all of it. put alittle melted butter in the dish and its really yummy less fat then add your veggies on the side and do it all together.
i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.
ok so wk 4 here I come, I have found this to be a real eye opener, and after my disatourous afternoon in the kitchen the other day which I bloggedabout, hubby graciously bought me a kitchen aid mixer, I am so blessed. Gmahoss1, I hope you enjoyed your fish, you keep to your fish (yuck) lol!! and I will keep to my lentils, last night I tried a new recipe from sparks tweeked it a little, Acorn squash and apple soup, with G.F cheese buns on the side, it was an supper, but in the process of all this I had a funny weird afternoon see blog lol Tonight not sure yet, hubby fancy's burgers so we see!! Well into week 3, and I am having so much fun, now I am checking out, and exploring and having fun with new recipes, tonight, sweet potatoes with mpale syrup, carrot coins, with flax oil and cabbage and mushroom bake, most delicious. Continuing to meal plan, and food log.
