Do as Spark Jenny suggests. You may have to look up the fibre content of foods and add the amount to the foods listed in your favourites and in the data base that you use. If fibre isn't listed as one of the nutrients in the food lists, it can't be tracked.

If you go to your Nutrition Tracker and scroll to the bottom, on the right is a button that says "Change Nutrition Goals". Click there, then click to add a nutrient to track and select fiber from the list.

HI I have tried to find a way to track my fiber. I can put that down as a goal , still is there any way the tracker will track it accurately so that we can get feed back on our reports about it.??

Inches Inches Inches lost are more important to me than pounds... :) well POUNDS ARE STILL IMPORTANT NOT AS MUCH AS INCHES THOSE SHOW THE REAL PROGRESS AND THAT IS A HEALTHIER WAY TO MAINTAIN YOUR WEIGHT!!
