Made a big batch of quorn chilli and lentils NOT rice and portioned it out. Have eaten one and frozen the rest for later in the week.

It's not really big batch cooking, but for my week two goals I cleaned and portioned out fruits and vegetables so that they are available to eat raw or to use in recipes.
