I have a quart of nonfat plain yogurt mixed with sugar free gelatin (powder) and eat that for lunch 4-7 times a week as lunch (all 32 oz) sometimes I like my yogurt without powder flavor added. The light and fit Dannon I eat in a pinch when I want vanilla
orange lime lemon peach raspberry are my favorite sugar free gelatin flavors I mix in

I eat the sugar substitute yogurt. Used to like Dannon Light and Fit then they added a second non-sugar sweetener that I didn't like. I believe my yogurt is splenda sweetened only. I prefer the taste of splenda to the other non-sugar sweeteners.

Yes, I eat yogurt every morning for breakfast and sometimes as a snack. When I looked at the sugar content of my favorites, I found that yoplait flavored yogurt (my snack) has sugar. I have a few in the fridge. My morning yogurt is Dannon light and fit. When these are gone, I'm going to try to find something without the sugar, or at least with less. I can't eat plain yogurt. I chose my favorites by calorie content and the absence of aspartame and high fructose corn syrup. It's gonna take some time, but I will find a substitute!!

I used to and it did always settle my stomach if I wasn't feel great, but I have learned that it is a migraine trigger for me, so I now eat cottage cheese as my morning snack.

I can't eat the cottage cheese plain (or yogurt), but instead of buying the flavored items, I add fresh fruit and cinnamon. Usually blackberries &/or mango. Blueberries, peaches, pears, strawberries, raspberries all have found their way into the bowl and all have been delicious. It is my addiction. I'm a little off for the day if i don't get to eat it emoticon

I have to make a confession I have eaten yogurt everyday for about the past few months . I can not say it is healthy but I am hocked . now it has become the greek one . I have tossed a few of them when I open them and they did not look right . Separated and just look bad . . I just wanted to say . do not open them in the store just because you want to see what they look . I have found a few that someone before me opened the package . ruined the whole thing just to see . I do not know if you added your special thing like poison or spit . life is hard emoticon emoticon emoticon enough without that thought . m

Yogurt has a lot of health benefits, but be careful about which yogurt you eat . . . a lot of the more popular ones are mostly sugar & artificial flavors, or else the "light" ones are full of artificial sweeteners. I used to eat the Dannon light yogurts but my husband & I decided we didn't want all that aspartame in our diets anymore so I've switched to Dannon Oikos Greek yogurts. Tried the Chobani Greek yogurts, and really loved them, but one time I opened one up & there was mold all over the top of the yogurt. I just can't bring myself to eat them after that!

I must admit, I can't eat plain greek yogurt, I have to get either the flavored (Key Lime is my favorite!) or fruit on the bottom variety (black cherry most often). And rather than get the light versions I just get the regular & cut back somewhere else. I just don't want all that artificial sweetener in my diet.

Here are a couple of Sparkpeople articles about yogurt:

And I agree with the IBS control and also when I'm taking an antibiotic if I don't I eat a yogurt everyday I end up with a yeast infection . . . go figure! But it really does help, replaces the good bacteria that the antibiotic kills off. Proven fact!

I take a long term antibiotic for acne/rosacea, so yes, for me, I like my daily yogurt. It helps to keep my stomach in line and to not have my IBS symptoms as much. And yes, I believe my IBS is mostly caused by antibiotics. Keep wanting to go off the antibiotics, but then I look like someone who got stung by about 15 bees or so. Yes, I started when some kid at my son's school asked if I had been stung by a bunch of bees.
