Just finished reading Chris Downie's book, "The Spark." One of the sections dealt with healthy food choices, of course! They printed a list of 100 "Super Foods," foods that really pack a lot of nutrition into a few calories. I looked on the website, and it is available in the Nutrition articles section.
I've posted that list on my refrigerator next to my shopping list, and every week I intend to make sure to pick up at least a couple of these Super Foods. Having that list stare me in the face will remind me to expand my food choices--in a healthy way this time.
