I make a double batch of healthy pancakes (makes about 42) and put them in the freezer so in the morning only have to pop two into the microwave and instant breakfast, and i buy the instant sugar free jello mixes make a double batch of those and portion out into rubbermaid small bowls, leave them in the fridge till they are set, then put the lids on them, is great to take with me to work for a snack, and costs alot less than buying the already made stuff
The cabbage is on sale so I'm making a big batch of cabbage rolls. It's one of our favorites, and I'm cooking them in the crock pot. I usually give one to my neighbour whom is 86 years old. He loves my cooking so this is a favorite. I usually take two days to make them but today I want one for supper. So I'm rushing it so I can go to work.
