I try to do one of two a week that I can save leftovers and freeze that way I always have seveal meals made in advance. You can also put meatloaf in muffin tins and cook so you have individual servings.

I really enjoyed the article on batch cooking. I think that once I start cooking more, Im gonna start doing that. It means leftovers and those are always nice to have for lunch or dinner the next day. You can keep your cost on food down when you go shopping and when you dont spend much, you dont binge as much on things you dont need. My mom used to make soups a lot and made so much, I never understood why. Now I know.
