what a great way to get your veggies in. i made the chili 15 recipe only use the crock pot so it took longer then i used on a baked potato in taco shell with salad mix and tomato slices shredded cheese as a side dish with hamburger sandwich or sloppy Joe

Whole wheat tortilla = 110 calories Spray non-stick skillet with Pam = 0 one ounce chicken breast tender = 100 cal. peppers & onions = 30 two two tablespoon chunky salsa = 10 one tablespoon fat free sour cream = 20 Sautee cut up chicken tender with peppers & onions in skillet. When meat is done & veggies are crisp tender, stir in salsa & sour cream. Put tortilla in microwave for 10 seconds between paper towels. Serve fajita mix on whole wheat tortilla. Tasty and filling.

Created my own fajitas for myself, hubby, step-daughter and her hubby. Used whole wheat honey tortillas, cut up chicken breast and cooked down in my skillet - added a LITTLE of the philly santa fe cooking creme (gives a nice tangy flavor) - in another pan I cooked green and red peppers and onions. Everyone served themselves - I also had a mixture of cheddar and montery jack shredded cheese for folks to use and our son-in-law used hot sauce on top of all that. I had one and I was full ... GREAT dinner :)
