The biggest thing to remember with freezing food, is that air is the enemy. So just try to wrap it / pack it / bag it as air tight as possible.

That's good to know, thanks. Everyone always loved my pasta more than store bought and I was saddened when I just got too busy to keep making a fresh batch every time we wanted a pasta dish.

yes you can, it's just not as fresh as it is when you make them but the taste is still better than the other type of pasta

I used to make my own pasta from scratch (By hand), but it became an hour-long ordeal for very little reward. The family loved it and I really liked that I could control everything that I did with it so I want to return to making it however I'm unsure how well it'll hold up in the freezer. Could I freeze freshly made pasta in single-serving quantities and not have it suffer for the process?
