Week 2 Day 1 Started out hectic. Will try to eat healthier, want towrite a grocery list for the whole week and get the groceries in, going to do large batches of cooking so I don't have to cook every day, will log all foods eaten and what I drink, track exercise, and post more.
God will not give you anything you can't handle.

Me and my husband just bought a slow cooker. I bought fresh vegetables and meat for him. My husband and I, is separate food from now on. He do not like to eat Philippines foods anymore. I am so happy he eat separate food us now, because I can eat my native food again. Like vegetables and fish, sea weeds, shells and almost no meat at all. Monggo beans, sa kidney beans I eat too.
I buy food the cheapest food but nutritious. Maybe one of these day we will slaughter sheep. We can have free lamb soon.
Our Philippines food much cheaper and almost free most of them because I can pick from our garden. It means I can save some money this month. Fresh and nutritious, plus cheap food. My husband said our foods are too simple to prepare. He wants very soft and gravy, but me I do not like soft and gravy. I am happy we separate on food.

After reading week 2 I have noticed that I do many of the tips but for my family the left overs seem to be the problem. Nobody likes to just take left overs out of the fridge and eat them so I have decided that one of my goals is to make a new meal out of the left overs and you know what my family will probaly never know....lol
I decided that I also need to get a new blender and more fresh foods in my house.
