I actually loved that part of the challenge :) and, hey, it's not a race. Go at the pace that is comfortable and meaningful for YOU and DOUBLE your chances of success! (in my humble opinion). I spent extra time on some challenges, and some were a snap for me. Everyone is different. Making changes permanent means doing them thoughtfully and gratefully and taking in the benefits they offer. You can't do that on someone else's 'schedule'. You can only do it on yours. Yes, certainly, challenge yourself! Yes, certainly set a benchmark for yourself and strive to achieve it! 'Catching up' doesn't really exist to me. Who are you catching up with??? Its you, baby, all you :) Go for it and enjoy it!!!!!! Good luck!!!

Toss out all junk food!!! If it's in there for the kids or for the husband or anyone at all you'll find it and sneak it! LOL I know the way it goes! I have to clean mine out tomorrow as well but I've resisted any of the left over temptations that are in there this week! :)
Beginning week two on Sunday, I have to say the one thing left to do is to reorganize my cupboard. So, I'll have to do that before I can begin on week 2. Does anyone have a problem like this? If so, how do you manage it?
