Mine is the Blendtech Totalblender..from costco...LOVE IT!!! Im gonna have to try your green drink...I think the blender will end up being my best friend...my problem is the texture of certain things..mushy/soft...cant so so if i just blend it and drink it...I will get it down!!! THANKS FOR ALL THE IDEAS!!!

When I had young children, I would blend carrots in with spaghetti sauce, beans in with chili, etc. No one knew the difference. Today I make the "green drink", a blend of green veggies like kale, cucumber, parsley with apples or banana for the sweet, a bit of ginger root, lemon and lime juice. It's a quick way to drink in lots of veggie power. So a blender might be your friend...

I have been trying to eat a lot more veggies...and trying to get my 2 boys to do the same...well this morning I made a egg white omlete with spinach onions and garlic...topped with provalone cheese!!! SUPER YUMMY!!! and my 2 yr old LOVED IT!!! he actually ate 1/2 of it..and wanted more!! So sneaking in those veggies is what im gonna have to do ...for me..and my boys!! ANY OTHER TIPS OUT THERE....I just got a super awesome blender and making lots of veggie/fruit smooties...!!
