Sometimes I mix granola with almond butter to take to school for lunch. Sometimes I stir ganola into applesauce. I have allergies to wheat and to milk so it limits what cereals I can have. For breakfast my favorite is oatmeal with flax seed and a teaspoon of brown sugar.
Wise choices each day will get me where I want to be.

I bought a box of Post Great Grains Cranberry/almond cereal on Tuesday and tried it out yesterday with yogurt for breakfast. The flavor and crunch are great but I wish they would cut the sugar content by at least 50%. I think it will also make a great snack if I eat it plain.
Think when summer hits I'll go back to my original Post Shredded Wheat. I love to crumble the large biscuits before putting milk on them. Yummy and one of the few cereals I can actually eat with artificial sweetener instead of sugar.
