I am looking forward to having leftovers to bring to lunch or just freeze for later. I love crock pot dishes and casseroles. I can't wait to find some new recipes!

In my household I am know the CrockPot Goddess. This is my MOST Favorite item in my kitchen. It was the first piece of kitchen equipment I learned to cook with growing up (back in the day...so to speak) and have watched them go in and out of "style" for decades....I can not count the number of these I have gone through...

My daughter and I share the cooking. I try to use the crockpot at least once a week. I take time on the weekend to research recipes that I want to use.

I received a crockpot over 30 years ago as a wedding gift. It is my favourite small appliance. Good for you for picking one up. There's nothing better than knowing that supper is waiting for you!

I got me a nice crockpot this last weekend. Today I printed as many of the crockpot recipes that Chef Meg from SparkPeople had on the site. I can't wait to get started. I have always loved to do one meal in a dish. It makes everything so much easier. No rushing to the store, no rushing home to fix a meal, and no family going crazy because they are all hungry and want to eat now. I get up a little early, throw the goodies in the pot, go to work, and when I get home dinners ready, and there are very few dishes to wash or clean up. What more can you ask for.
