I've decided that before I have the "cheat day that turns into a cheat weekend" I need to ask myself if the TASTE of a food is worth the way it makes me feel afterward. Is that bag of Ruffles more important than lengthening my life or feeling like a balloon the next day and having trouble breathing. It's going to be a challenge (cause Ruffles are so good!) but after a few times, it'll be a habit, right!
