Cheating happens fastest for me when I'm really tired, or at an event of some sort.

If I can get the sugar out of my system, and stay away from Diet Coke...then I can work through most of the temptations.

I also have to make sure I have meals ready in the refrigerator, so when I come home from work I'm not trying to pull something together.

Changing my mindset is such a vital first step. Somedays I don't want to change it, but if I get going with the healthy idea... I'm off to a good start.

I say that often in the morning, but then it forget. It's frustrating.

I understand the dilemma. If only I could remember to ask myself the same. I struggle daily food available will eat it syndrome.

I've decided that before I have the "cheat day that turns into a cheat weekend" I need to ask myself if the TASTE of a food is worth the way it makes me feel afterward. Is that bag of Ruffles more important than lengthening my life or feeling like a balloon the next day and having trouble breathing. It's going to be a challenge (cause Ruffles are so good!) but after a few times, it'll be a habit, right!
