Had planned to make jambalaya, but just way too warm outside. Frozen pizza tonight. Tomorrow will be some jambalaya with some fresh tomatoes and farm grown red pepper courtesy of our CSA.

true to the summer experience, I quartered plum tomatoes, diced celery, snipped groups of champagne grapes, cut up the storebought rotisserie chicken, whipped up a box of stove top, and put together bisquick crescent rolls. Tad bit high on carbs, but tasted good anyway.

I will go... I will do...

Love chili myself. Never put squash in my chili, but have been cooking with squash from our CSA and I am not the biggest fan of squash yet.

Tomorrow, I am considering a feta baked chicken. I wonder if it would go well with a side of pasta with marinara or not...

I had some brown rice with a casserole dish comprised of kidney beans, squash and onion turned into a ?chili. The question mark is because DH hated it when I tried to serve it the other night and I have realized it is not so great. I am not really such a chili fan though I do remember being one when younger. I ditched half of it and had some hamburger soup and chocolate pudding with dream whip. I will have to see if the dogs can bear it.

We have our main meal at Noon because we are retired so for dinner today I made a Salad with Chicken (canned, drained and rinsed), avocado. It was really good even my DH loved it and he isn't wild about sweet salads. I did enter the recipe as I revised one on the website. Hope everyone is having a "sparkling" day.

Sounds good. Tonight for me is some breakfast foods that I make extra of for use in the mornings when no one cooks in my house.
