I'm doing good as long as I have my meals planned for the next day!
I am not very good at creating a menu for the week. I am better at having lots of healthy food in the house so I can pick healthy meals all the time. I also have a sprouts 5 blocks away so it is quick to run down there and get missing ingredients. I tend to eat what I am craving at the moment.
Today is the first day of the rest of my life.
