I try to keep down my shopping to biweekly and it is hard. It means tetra paks of milk and lots of lettuce and fruit stockpiled.

I know most people don't have time but I shop nightly I pick a dinner recipe to see what I need, usually I may only need one thing, I am well stocked with meat and beans and things I use daily But right now I am in to trying new things The reason I go to the store nightly is I spend a lot o time walking, getting in my steps, my NEAT minutes I park in the farthest spot and I always return my cart to the store! I really enjoy it

I could never shop only once a month. I am a once a week shopper generally. How can you buy produce and such for a full month? But yes, it is hard to plan meals without a well rounded pantry and even then sometimes you don't have something you need, especially when trying new recipes.
