I usually have a basic turkey sandwich on ww bread. But I like the idea of using leftovers. I think it would make shopping easier for a big family.

Lately I've been bringing a nice big salad, with musrooms, microgreens and light balsalmic vinegrette dressing with some kind of amy's soup. Amy's soups are delicious, vegetarian and low calorie. They can be a bit pricey sometimes but lately my grocery store has been putting certain flavors on sale and they've all been great. I especially like the Tom kha Phak (Thai Coconut soup), Butternut squash soup and lentil vegetable. Hope this helps.

Turkey breast sandwich, sargento thin cheese, whole wheat bread, sprouts. I also have veggie chips or baked pita chips and fruit.

I usually rotate my lunches for work with sliced turkey (low sodium) with lettuce, tomato and provolone cheese on a light wheat roll, cucumber slices, and fruit salad.........

Or, .25 cup cottage cheese (low fat chive & onion) with 1 serving low fat triscuits and fruit salad.......

Sometimes I'll go to subway, but most of the time, I rotate those two items.......

I try to keep it around 300 calories because I eat small meals every 4-5 hours......

Hope it helps.....

At my last job I used to always make enough for dinner the night before to bring some for my lunch. It meant using the microwave and my coworkers used to say I had the best smelling lunches.
