I've been having fun with this challenge.
After not regularly cooking meals each day for over a year now, I have been pre-planning, and cooking meals this last week. And I'm loving it! I'd forgotten how much I really do enjoy cooking. Even tried a couple of SparkPeople recipes that will be added to the recipe box.
This weekend, I'm working on my meal plan for next week.
