My goal is to be able to drink the 8 glasses of water a day. I tried crystal light don't like it, or flavored bottled water, yuk. I am going to try to learn how to plan my meals. If anyone has a recipe serving for one person please share. Its really hard cooking for one. I am also on very fixed income so there are lots things I can't buy.
With GOD and my Spark friends I can do this.

Yes, DH is a picky eater and I just have to cook separate for us.

My first goal is to start cooking for my own wants again. My daughter and husband are both picky eaters who can deep fry anything without gaining an ounce. I have been successful with introducing some new foods to my daughter (she recently discovered that she likes Thai) but I catch her picking out beans and veggies. Tonight I am having kale and shrimp. Leftover chili for them
