I had my meals for this week planned out including Breakfast and Lunch. So far so good...The recipes I'm using don't have much leftovers so there is no waste. I'm finding that I like to have a plan it makes my life easier after work and school...

Have you checked the dates as well on the grocery tracker. It appears 7 days is the maximum amount of days you can add to the list but you also need to put in start and end dates. I don't use it so can't be of anymore help there.

Have you tried assigning a protein or type of meal to a certain night of the week and go from there? For example Mondays - pasta, Tuesdays - seafood, Wednesdays - meatless, Thursdays - chicken etc. When I do this I find it takes half of the problem away and then I just need to add some veg and figure out what to do with the protein if I am having any. I also find since/when I am "dieting" that I go for more simple meals since that usually means less calories and also less time in the kitchen.

I am really struggling with making a meal plan. But today I made a recipe I found on spark and it was delicious. And my husband even liked it.

I have a question? I don't understand the "Grocery List" option on the nutritional tracker. I have been tracking my food for a week now but the Grocery List only shows todays food even though I have it set to show 7 days. Am I doing something wrong?

Those recipes sound great, I'll have to try some! I try to make at least one new recipe each week so we can add more variety to our meals.

My breakfast & lunch are pretty simple - for breakfast I eat a bowl of either Kashi Golean or Fiber One 80, with blackberries & milk on top. For lunch if I have time I'll make a little salad & either take a small portion of left-overs from earlier in the week or make a sandwich. If I'm running late I grab a Lean Cuisine or Healthy Choice meal & some fruit.

Thank you for sharing these with us. How about breakfast and lunch. For breakfast I often try carrot cake oatmeal and a tablespoon of flax seeds ground up and there are great soup recipes for lunch.
