week one done I have read so many articles so much info to go through!! I love it though my shopping this week was so much healthier and not only that my kids wanted fruit and asked for it instead of candy bars. I am so happy that I have found this site!!! Good luck to all and thanks for all the good info!!

I just finished week 1. I did get most of my cupboards and fridge cleaned out; I've been planning and cooking my meals. Ate out once on Sunday; cooked everything else, all week.
Kitchen is going to be a work in progress. Also, I didn't buy any junk food!

Done with week one! Now I am getting a lot of use from all the sensible-eating cookbooks I already have - they are really coming in handy! Planning meals takes up more time than I thought it would, but I can see where it will be worth it! Whew - one week down! emoticon

Last day of week one. I was hoping for more ideas on how to eat more veggies and grains, but no dice. I've had to spend more time than I hoped to doing research. Still, this is good for me, and I will begin week 2 tomorrow.

Week 1 is complete for me. It has been nice to plan some different meals out of the Diet cook books that we have at home, and get out of the routine of eating the same things every week!
