I also managed to make progress in week one. I was away for work in the city for 2 days and yet still prepared my own dinner and breakfast rather than jpining the others eating ot. Made breakfast before gym twice as well on normal office work days. Thats my 4 for the week

I am doing pretty good so far. I made a list of meals for the week and am following them. It's really nice to know in advance what my day holds for me. I also gave the pantry a good clean up and had already done the same to the fridge. My measuring cups, spoons and scale are in plain sight and ready to use. Ready to stay on track and looking forward to next week's action steps. :)
