Planning my menu and grocery shopping yesterday with my list has really helped me cause now all the ingredients I need are already in my fridge. So this morning I actually prepared dinner! And felt like it!
I was so stressed when I joined this team, thinking I could not do it! Well now i'm doing it
Love the nutrition tracker I am finally getting all the nutrients and checking the daily totals, it's great! The daily feedback is a great tool. I can finally learn about protein and fiber that I consumed during the day.
I also need my coffee in the morning, can't think without it.

Newcomer to SparkPeople, and I really want this to work! My goals include meal planning for the week, to prepare a healthy supper every evening, and to watch portion sizes. I've already cleaned the kitchen and organized my recipe binders!
