Happy New Year!! My name is Karen and as of today I seriously put myself on a diet. For the first week for breakfast I will be having either scrambled eggs with onion cooked in the microwave and 4 1" slices of kielbasa sausage and a glass of low-fat milk or I will be fixing french toast with raspberries or strawberries on top and low-fat whipped topping...Lunch will consist of a chef salad with iceburg lettece, onion, cucumber, bell pepper, avadcado and lean cuisine salad essentials....For dinner it will be either red beans and rice or pork chop and frozen veggies...snacks, if I have any, will consist of either banana, apple (quartered) or an orange...Bottled water in between...
If I am on the right track, I wish someone would let me know...I am relying on my new friends here at sparkpeople.com to keep me on track...please!
