Welcome to the challenge, I am completing week 4 and had so much fun I plan to keep doing what I learn, but I enjoy cooking. I am glad that you are going to give it a try, Healthy home cooking is not only better for health, it taste better.

My goal is to make healthy meals out of whole foods, and stay away from the other junk in the supermarket.

I do not really like to cook anymore, but am making an effort for my health.
