If you scroll to the bottom of the nutrition tracker, you'll see a button to print a grocery list. This list is based on SparkPeople's meal plans (if you are using them), or whatever you've tracked on your tracker (and you can track ahead if that helps.)

I am very new to this. Is it possible to put the weeks meal plan on the Nutrition page so I can get a shopping list from this? How do I do this?
