I just restarted this challenge as well. I'm on vacation next week and will use that to jump start my meal planning. I cook for 3. One is a meat lover, one is a vegetarian (eats fish and eggs tho), and one (me) is into low carbs. Makes cooking a challenge... I bought the Spark Cookbook and my goal is to cook at home at least 4 times per week. We can do this!
I have deprived my family of healthy cooking for a few weeks now. I started this challege once before but am ready to do it full force again. Yes we will be traveling, but I will make the better healthy food choices then.
