I will take stock of what I already have in my pantry. For medical reasons, I am going gluten free, with a history of absolutely no cooking experience, lol!
1- clear out fridge & pantry.
2- plan menu with food I already have.
3- Gather any recipes- from gluten free cookbook or online. (Google is amazing for cooking help!)
4- Make shopping list for any other items needed.
5- Almost forgot, label shelves in pantry & freezer.
6- Date all food as it goes into fridge or freezer!!!
I already have a picture on my fridge! My daughter's wedding on 9/6/13!!!
