I think, having things all planned out at the beginning of the week helps out a great deal. There is definintely less buying of "junk" when you have a grocery list of everything you need. Good luck in keeping with your goals.

I always cook much, being a college student. However, I want to be able to plan my meals at the beginning of each week and stick to the plan.
