my goals for week 1.
a. plan one weeks meals
b. create a shopping list for items not in my home
c. shop smart ( DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN MY CART NOT ON MY LIST)
d. cook smart, use portion control
e. drink more water
f. get 20 minutes of exercise each and every day. (that's saying a lot for an old lady in a neck brace - tee hee)
