I have joined this challenge with the hopes of learning how to cook healthier without constantly eating the same meals. I tend to make the same healthy meals and then I get burnt out and go back to my unhealthy ways. I also hope to learn a way to make healthy meals in a limited time; I work full time and some weeks I work 50+ hours plus I am a full time student.
