That sounds like a great way to eat healthy, and planning ahead has always helped me when it comes to eating healthier. I work from home and I find that many days I dont actually take a lunch which I know is not a good thing. So I bought some tuna in packets today that were low sodium so knowing that I have something quick and easy in the house will help.
1. Plan healthier meals including fruits or vegetables for dinner five of seven nights a week.
2. Brown bag lunch three of five days a week.
