i will join you on this challenge. I seem to do okay with breakfast and dinner, but its the lunch that is my worst meal of the day. My husband likes to eat lunch out every day and I know that I can eat a side salad at the fast food places but that gets pretty old after a while. Often times I do eat chicken sandwiches with out the bun.

Purpose of this challenge is to better plan our meals that are healthy and inexpensive. I also want to be more organized
