i love to stir fry veggies in a litte olive oil and then add soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and worchestershire sauce with whatever leftover cooked meat you have. serve with couscus or rice. very delicious and good way to use up leftovers.
My goal is to cook with veggies and combine them with foods that are not too high in calories so that i feel satisfied and don't end up wanting to snack in the eve. I have to keep my calories at about 400 per meal at 3 meals per day.
