Hi! This is going to be where I put my goals for this challenge, this week's meal plan, and my progress through the week. My roommates and I cook quite healthily and we are always trying new things, but we've fallen into some lazy habits lately. I want to gain control back over my life.
My goals for this challenge are:
-To cook when I am supposed to cook. I grocery shop and cook with two roommates. This semester, we've gotten into the terrible habit of planning our meals, decided who's cooking what when, and then none of us follow through at all.
-If a planned meal does not get made, do not go out for fast food. Put together a healthy meal at home, instead.
-Snack in a healthy manner.
-Make lunch at home, stop going out for fast food or frozen meals everyday.
-Make at least two recipes we haven't had either ever or in the last year.
