I started the healthy cooking challenge and I made home made chicken soup today. I started this weeks menu, such as stuffed peppers with salad. On Valentines day we're have bbq steak, then we're having chili, spaghetti, ceasar chicken salad. All home made. I don't order out. I don't have big servings. I like preparing planned meals, it makes it easier for the whole family.
