On my meal plan I have
Breakfast: banana
Lunch: strawberries, tomatoes, romaine, and leftover stew veggies (carrots, celery, onions)
Dinner: broccoli, mushrooms, garlic, pnieapple, orange
snacks: apple, 1/4 c. home dehydrated cherries with nothing added (which started out at 1/2 c. pitted bing cherries)

Bacon, spinach and tomato sandwich for lunch. I am also drinking my new fruit and vegetable drink: ice, pineapple chunks with syrup, kale, spinach, parsley, persian cucumbers, and celery.

The jambalaya I made yesterday turned out great. I added lots of tomatoes, peppers, carrots, and onions. I'm heating up a bowl for lunch. Breakfast was cereal with raisins in it. Not many so it probably didn't count as a serving but still it was something. I haven't figured out dinner yet.

I made a new fruit and vegetable drink this morning, really good: lemon yogurt, ice, pineapple juice, kale, celery, persian cucumbers, parsley, spinach and strawberries. and had it for lunch and dinner. Also had tomatoes with dinner. emoticon

I'm trying my hand at making jumbalaya in the crock pot. I put a lot of peppers in it and added some carrots. It is smelling really good. It's to bad I have to wait until dinner to have some.
