I use the meal planner alot each day. My son asked the other day if I thought I was being obsessed with always being online with this Sparkpeople and my diet. He does not realize that I have doing all the wrong things for so long, and that there is so much to know about changing behavior, eating right, cooking meals, organizing thoughts into a workable plan. Yes I do spend time doing these things but the benefit is that I spend alot less time veging in front of the Boob tube. My biggest hurdle today is planning my groceries for the week, and not overbuying. I seem to eat leftovers alot and that changes my mealplans for the day. Also I hate to waste food. I read a great article about chia seeds. Any tips are greatly appreciated as I close . Want to stay balanced and give my Lord all the glory.Amen
