Standard recipe for No-bake cookies:
2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 stick butter
1/2 cup milk
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups oatmeal
4 Tbsp cocoa- 4 tbsp chocolate whey protein. I use Jillian Michaels because it is really good with milk and PB. This is a low calorie way of getting an extra serving of protein.
1 stick butter- Use a stick that is a canola or vegetable oil blend. This will help lessen the saturated fat in this recipe.
1/2 cup milk- 1/2 cup skim milk. It will still serve its purpose and save on calories and fat.
3 cups PB- 3 cup reduced fat, fat free, or natural PB. Reduced fat PB is about the same price as regular PB.
