The is my and my other half's goal too. Not some much a diet, but a life style change. I want to make eating healthy second nature. When I plan meals I want it to be easy to think of healthy things to prepare. Tonight I made a dinner from the SparkPeople's meal planner. It was flank steak, green beans, small baked potato with cheddar cheese and sour cream. It was very good and only cost $2.50 a serving! Much cheaper than fast food and much much better for us!!
