The is my and my other half's goal too. Not some much a diet, but a life style change. I want to make eating healthy second nature. When I plan meals I want it to be easy to think of healthy things to prepare. Tonight I made a dinner from the SparkPeople's meal planner. It was flank steak, green beans, small baked potato with cheddar cheese and sour cream. It was very good and only cost $2.50 a serving! Much cheaper than fast food and much much better for us!! Our family goal it to make healthier food choices. We have pledged to eat out less and to make more home cooked meals.
